Booking Terms

These terms and conditions apply when booking an escape room or portable event with Twisted Keys Sweden AB. Our goal is to ensure a smooth, enjoyable, and safe experience for everyone.

1. Booking and Payment

Bookings are made online in advance through our website. When you initiate a booking, your chosen slot is held for 15 minutes while you complete the payment.

Payment is handled securely by credit/debit card or a valid Twisted Keys gift card via our payment partner Stripe. We never see or store your payment card details. All prices are quoted in Swedish kronor (SEK).

Invoicing for corporate clients: Companies and organisations can pay by invoice upon prior agreement. Please contact us in advance at info@twistedkeys.se prior to booking for manual processing. Standard credit checks may apply and payment terms are normally 30 days net. In the event of late payment, a statutory reminder fee and default interest in accordance with the Swedish Interest Act (räntelagen) will apply.

2. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Free cancellation applies up to 24 hours before your scheduled start time.

If you cancel at least 24 hours in advance, the full amount will be automatically refunded to the payment card used at checkout (or restored to your gift card balance). You can cancel easily using the link in your booking confirmation email or by reaching out to us at Show email address.

For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the booked start time, or in case of a no-show, no refund can be provided, as the room and game master have been exclusively reserved for your team. If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate you.

3. Arrival and Timing

Please arrive at our premises at Infanterigatan 29 in Solna 5–10 minutes before your scheduled start time. This allows us to welcome your group, conduct the briefing, and review safety guidelines before your game starts.

In the event of a late arrival, your playing time in the room may need to be shortened to prevent delays for subsequent groups. If an arrival is delayed by more than 20 minutes, the booking may need to be cancelled without refund.

4. Age Limits and Participants

Our escape rooms are designed for groups of 2–6 players per room. The experiences are suitable for ages 10 and up. For groups with players under 14 years old, at least one paying adult (18+) must participate inside the room throughout the game.

5. Safety and Code of Conduct

You are never locked in: Our room doors are never locked in a way that impedes emergency exits. You are free to exit the room at any point if necessary (e.g. for restroom breaks or in an emergency).

Our rooms are monitored by game masters via audio and video cameras to provide hints and ensure your safety. No recordings are stored.

Sobriety and Safety: Escape rooms require teamwork and attention. Participants who are visibly under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be denied entry or asked to leave by the game master, with no entitlement to a refund. The same applies to disruptive or reckless behavior. Any damage to props or interiors caused by negligence will be invoiced.

6. Gift Cards

Gift cards purchased from Twisted Keys are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and are non-refundable for cash. Gift cards can be redeemed as payment during online booking checkout.
